Board-certified rheumatologist Thomas Hoffmann, MD, enthusiastically cares for patients at Rheumatology Solutions in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Hoffmann retired from the Army after eight years of practice at San Antonio Military Medical Center. There, he was on the rheumatology fellowship faculty, where he trained rheumatologists and internists.

Feleica Smith, FNP-C is a prior United States Navy Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner who served for 12 plus years and a civil servant for San Antonio Military Medical Center for 9 years. She has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner for 16 years and is now transitioning to specialty care in Rheumatology.

Casey Jones is a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) who has stepped into the fascinating world of rheumatology. She is originally from a small town in Western North Carolina. Prior to becoming a physician assistant, she worked in a rural family practice clinic as a medical assistant and quality improvement manager.
